  • Warranty coverage varies by product category and supplier terms.

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors are not covered under warranty.

  • Customers must follow care and maintenance guidelines provided.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders cancelled before production or shipment may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Custom-made items (e.g., tailored curtains, blinds, or carpets cut to size) cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Service fees for measurements, transportation, or installation are non-refundable once performed.
